Volume split in the SHP-1208

The SHS-1208 is the load-bearing intermediate layer inside the foldable large container (FLC) Smart Heavy Pac 1208. Depending on orientation it splits the internal volume into equal, protected levels — keeping stacked goods separated and blocking-free:

When erected, up to 23 shelves (SHS) fit inside one Smart Heavy Pac. You receive it ready to use — for 1/2, 1/3 or 2/3 levels straight away.

An “inspected & cleaned” label on the Smart Heavy Pac confirms the shelves inside were checked and cleaned and are ready for use. If the quantity differs, it is noted on the label (X/23).

Return of the SHS

Folded SHP: exactly one shelf

For the return trip, exactly one Smart Heavy Shelf goes onto a folded Smart Heavy Pac — it sits neatly over the folded walls and under the lid, whatever the footprint (1208 or 1210).

Never place two shelves in a folded carrier: it damages the lid, walls and base and stops the folded containers from stacking correctly.

How does it subdivide the container?

The 1200 × 800 (SHS-1208) offers four layouts depending on orientation: 1/3 + 2/3, 1/2 + 1/2, 1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3, or 2/3 + 1/3. The 1200 × 1000 (SHS-1210) divides the container into two equal halves (1/2 + 1/2) only.
