Liability for our own content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages pursuant to § 7 (1) of the German Digital Services Act (DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored by us, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect only arises from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we learn of such infringements, we remove the content concerned without delay.

Only the applicable datasheet or the contractual agreement is binding. Statements about possible uses are not a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose: whether a load carrier suits your goods, your process and your equipment is something to verify for your specific application — we are happy to do that with you.
Example figures and key metrics
Figures on cost, savings, total cost of ownership (TCO), circulation and waste or CO₂ effects are illustrative orders of magnitude unless a source is explicitly cited. They are based on experience and assumptions and are not a warranty of any result.
Your actual result depends on your processes, volumes, distances and cycle times. Where we use third-party data we name the source; where a figure is illustrative, we label it as such.
