Your load carriers stay in a closed loop: in use with you (blue), reconditioned at RECALO (orange) — cycle after cycle.

Clean load carriers
Reconditioned load carriers, ready for reuse — hygiene-checked, cleaned, inspected and repaired where needed.

Loader
At RECALO's customer: your goods are loaded into the erected carriers, ready to ship.

Loaded load carriers
The erected, filled carriers with your product travel to your customer or unloading site.

Unloader
At your customer's customer: the goods are received and the carriers are emptied.

Used load carriers
RECALO picks up the used carriers — collapsed for maximum volume reduction in reverse logistics.

Cleaning & disinfection
We remove labels and residue and thoroughly clean and disinfect every returned carrier.

Inspection
Each carrier is inspected thoroughly. If it passes, a new cycle begins; if not, it goes to repair.

Repair
If inspection finds a defect, we repair the part — and return the carrier to inspection.

Recycleperspektivisch
If a carrier is beyond repair, it is dismantled and sorted by material for a recycling partner. (Planned — not part of the standard loop yet.)

Recycled regrind can flow back into making new carriers — closing the material loop. (Planned.)
